The engine and transmission were reportedly rebuilt under prior ownership, and the selling dealer notes that the ignition and cooling systems were overhauled under current ownership. The P-code 312ci Y-block V8 is topped with a four-barrel carburetor and was factory rated at 225 horsepower, which is sent to the rear wheels through a Fordomatic three-speed automatic transmission. The analog clock does not work, and the five-digit odometer shows 56k miles, approximately 1,800 of which have been added under current ownership. The three-spoke steering wheel features a chrome horn ring and frames an Astra Dial instrument cluster housing a sweeping 150-mph speedometer, a 5k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. Equipment includes a Town and Country AM radio, a floor-mounted gear selector, crank windows, and a locking glovebox. The cabin features a bench seat upholstered in white and black vinyl while engine-turned metal trim accents the color-coordinated dashboard and door panels. Per the selling dealer, the current owner serviced the brakes and rebuilt the front and rear suspension components during the aforementioned refurbishment.
